Kevin MacNeil, CADC, is the Director of Support Services at Innovo Detox. Kevin is a Pennsylvania Board Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor and oversees Innovo Detox’s team of therapeutic assistants that offer patients direct support, recovery support, and often peer support services. Kevin brings over eight years of experience in the fields of addiction treatment and behavioral healthcare to Innovo’s team of professionals.
Born and raised in Massachusetts, Kevin MacNeil comes from a tightknit Irish Catholic family and has three brothers. A diehard New England Patriots fan, he played football, baseball, and lacrosse growing up. As a young adult, Kevin dealt with his own struggles with addiction and substance use disorder. Finding sobriety, Kevin has been in recovery since April 2010. Due to his own journey of addiction and recovery, Kevin has developed a passion for helping addicts and alcoholics find recovery themselves. He enjoys being the first point of contact for them in their detox and addiction treatment process the most, being able to assist patients in breaking down barriers and resistance to treatment and helping them overcome their initial hurdles.
