The staff at Innovo is incredible. They never tell you what you should be doing; instead, simply offer sage advice. I think that is very important while going through what I was going through.

I am not certain I could have ever found a place on my own that treated me so well. Very professional, kind, generous with their time — you are not treated like a number. You are treated like a ‘real’ person. You are treated as a ‘guest,’ rather than a patient. I loved that.

The accommodations are like staying in a hotel and the food…..oh, jeepers, it is incredible. Three chefs and you can also get snacks 24 hours a day.

However, I think it is the STAFF that makes this place so incredible. Yes, nice room and food, but the staff at Innovo (from the start to the finish) made it a wonderful experience.

If I find myself in the situation I was in prior to going to Innovo, I would get on a plane and head back. I would not even consider going to another place.”

“I was recently at Innovo for a 7 day detox from Alcohol and Xanax. Unfortunately this was my 3rd time in a detox center. But it was my first time at Innovo. However my experience at Innovo Detox was incredible. The staff is extremely fair and polite. They truly care about seeing you get better. The counselors are great they are highly knowledgeable and very compassionate. The after care coordinator Mike is very good at his job. He is not pushy and you do not feel like you are getting pushed through to just have your insurance billed.

The nursing staff and doctors are amazing. They are there to help you every step of the way and go above and beyond to ensure you safely detox.

The facility is top notch and very clean. The rooms are comfortable, they have queen size beds and large bathrooms. Each room also has a TV which is nice.

The food is amazing and the chef ensures that there is always something great to eat no matter what your diet. They have an awesome beverage selection too.

There is two lounges with large tv’s and a foosball table.

The TA’s are amazing and mostly recovering addicts themselves. They give great advice and ensure you are safe all the time.

I had a very positive experience. I highly recommend Innovo, it would be my referral if I ever had a family member struggling with addiction. Perfect for anyone living in MD/DC/VA/PA/NJ.

From the staff, to the facilities, the food, the medical providers, and the housekeeping staff all rate 110% in my experience. The staff genuinely cares about you there.
